Please contact us if you need help with your design. Our design team will be then provide you with a flat template where you can insert your graphics. We work with Adobe Design softwares and if you have difficulties working with graphics, but have a specific design in mind, please drop us a line.
No design skills? No problem. We offer design service free of charge!
The designs are digitally printed using a top of the range garment printer onto 100% cotton, which means, one could even have a photo printed in full colours. Again, please get in touch to clarify your requirements.
The dotted lines indicate the seam/fold. Please place your important graphics inside these lines.
Custom order turnaround usually is 2-3 days from signed off design and cleared payment. Batch orders (50 pieces and up) could be done in 1-2 weeks.

Need a special size? Let us know your head’s circumference in centimetre and we will make sure, your cap will fit like a glove! 🙂
Return and refund policy:
Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
