How to track your parcel?
We have provided your order with a unique tracking number what you can find in the order confirmation email we had sent you starting with RI:
RIxxxxxxxxxBG
You are able to use this tracking code at your local postal services’ website to see the progress of your order. I.e. Italian orders should check Posta Italiane, UK ones at Royal Mail, etc…
In many cases, the tracking only shows that the parcel has left the country of origin, Bulgaria, and on its way to the destination country and will be scanned and traced again when it has arrived at the distribution centre.
